Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed in writing by Devops Hub Digital. Informational prices on this website do not create a purchase until an invoice is issued and paid.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the cohort has not yet started and no self-paced materials have been unlocked. After a cohort begins, refunds are assessed under partial rules below.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort, when you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, or within the 7-day cooling-off window described above. Partial refunds of up to 50% may be granted if you withdraw within the first two weeks of a live cohort for documented medical or relocation reasons, provided completed modules are limited.

Non-refundable items

• Completed self-paced courses once materials are unlocked
• Private cohort customization fees already incurred
• Third-party examination or certification fees (if any are arranged separately)
• Seats transferred to another learner at your request

Refund process

Email contact@devops-hub.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for supporting documents for partial refunds.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are not reimbursed.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel or reschedule a program and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory Hong Kong consumer law. Force majeure events may delay delivery; we will offer transfer options before refunds in those cases when delivery remains possible.
